Ameri Eva Estate Organic Malbec

Crafted from organic grapes grown in our Eva Estate vineyard, located in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1,257 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Uco Valley. The vines thrive under intense sunlight during the day and cool mountain breezes at night, achieving perfect ripeness and natural acidity that express the purity of this high-altitude terroir.

Ameri represents the ultimate expression of Domaine Bousquet: wines produced only in exceptional vintages, from the oldest and highest plots of the estate. This Malbec comes from four distinct soil types — sandy, sandy-calcareous, stony-calcareous and super-stony — each contributing unique layers of complexity to the blend.

Harvested by hand in early April, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (65% new, 35% second use).

Tasting Notes
Deep violet color. Aromas of black fruits and violet flowers. Velvety and complex on the palate, with sweet tannins and a delicate, lingering finish.
