Ameri Eva Estate Organic Red Blend

Made from organically grown grapes from our Eva Estate in Gualtallary, Tupungato (1,257 m.a.s.l.), where the combination of calcareous and stony soils with a cool-climate environment brings remarkable elegance and character.

A blend of Malbec (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), and Cabernet Franc (20%), hand-picked in early April. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (65% new, 35% second use).

Tasting Notes
Dark violet color. Fruity, floral, and lightly spiced aromas with notes of red and black fruits, figs, violets, and black pepper. Round and elegant on the palate, with compact body, mature tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
